The Opportunity The position will supervise a given shift within the Front Desk. Directs staff that perform the following duties and will also perform these duties on own: welcomes and registers hotel guests, explains accommodations and establishes credit or method of payment; checks guests out of the hotel, prepares and explains the bill; responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with Four Seasons policies.
Responsibilities
Supervise a Front Desk shift and provide practical leadership to team members
Welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations and payment options
Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including billing explanations
Assess guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to ensure high satisfaction
Adhere to Four Seasons’ policies and standards
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
Experienced in Front Office or Guest Experience position, or equivalent within hospitality
Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and have a passion for service and hospitality
Experience using computer systems including Opera; willingness to take on assignments as needed to promote teamwork
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
This position will cover 2 overnight shifts
