About the Role

Our Rent team is on a mission to build the best rental experience for our users. As a key member of this best-in-class product team, you will be on the front lines, turning our ambitious vision into a reality. We are looking for a hands-on, user-obsessed Lead Product Manager to own a critical pillar of our core product — from discovery and search to application and payment. You will lead a dedicated cross-functional team to ship innovative features that solve real problems for renters. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with a direct path to shaping the future of our product. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program. What you’ll do

Own Your Domain:

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for a core area of the rental experience. Define the product strategy and roadmap, set priorities, and drive execution from concept to launch and iteration. Lead Cross-functionally:

Act as the product leader for a dedicated team composed of engineers, a designer, and a data analyst, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Master the User:

Use interviews, data analysis, and market research to translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications. Execute with Excellence:

Manage the product backlog, run sprint planning, and partner with engineering to ship high-quality products quickly. Obsess over Impact:

Define and analyze metrics to measure success, use A/B testing and data to continuously iterate and improve the user experience. Communicate & Collaborate:

Articulate roadmap, priorities, and results to your team, stakeholders, and leadership. An Experienced PM:

5+ years of product management experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products. Consumer-Focused:

Significant experience building and scaling consumer-facing mobile or web applications with a focus on user experience. Scrappy:

Move fast, provide solutions, and navigate obstacles to achieve goals. Cross-Functional Leader:

Lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Data-Driven:

Use analytics tools and experiments to make data-informed decisions. Detail-Oriented:

Maintain a high bar for quality, including clear specs and pixel-perfect UI. An Excellent Problem Solver:

Break down complex problems into actionable steps and deliver iterative value. Compensation

The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. For working locations in NY/NJ/CA, the base salary pay range will be $239,000 - $262,000. Life at Flex
