Manager, Workday Data Conversion

for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities:

Participate in Workday projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications. Review and map Workday integrations and business processes. Execute daily activities of Workday advisory engagements, including process design, lifecycle support, and project reviews. Review business processes and advise clients on system services within Workday. Identify and communicate findings to senior management and clients. Qualifications:

At least five years of experience as a Workday Data Conversion Lead consultant with implementation experience. Minimum of five full lifecycle implementations with Data Conversion as Lead or Architect; Workday certification in HCM, Financials, or Integration required within three months of employment if not already certified. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Experience leading Data Conversion design and process alignment. Understanding of ERP concepts and Workday Data Conversion best practices. Ability to travel up to 70%. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. Salary ranges vary by location. For outside California, see
