The company is expanding with the goal of becoming the largest licensed brick-and-mortar sports retailer across the globe. Responsibilities

Produce sales gains by providing customer service. Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics. Provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate’s sales performance; give feedback on areas of strength and opportunity while aligning with Company Objectives. Adhere to current visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness. Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Company Dress Code Policy. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Generate Sales: Produce sales gains by providing customer service; meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics; provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate’s sales performance with feedback. Control Expenses: Protect company assets; assist in store scheduling within wage guidelines; manage inventory processes including receiving, transferring, price changes, and counts; proper documentation and record keeping per policies and laws; open/close the store as required; adhere to all policies and guidelines. Supervise Associates: Participate in training programs, set goals, recruit and train store personnel on procedures, ensure compliance with policies, perform duties of subordinates as needed, communicate with employees at all levels, and perform other duties as assigned. Job Required Knowledge & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relative experience. Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to operate a computer and related software. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; climb a ladder and work with hands overhead; standing up to 100% of the work time; ability to work unsupervised. Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary by skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Managers PT are also eligible for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount. Education & Reports To
