Join our Integrated Planning team as a Planning Analyst, central to the execution of our Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process. Ensure alignment between short-term demand and available capacity. Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage analytical skills to drive effective operational decision-making. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, demand planning, operations analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a technology or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL or Python. Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Preferred:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights; detail-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; understanding of AI models, AI infrastructure and hardware concepts is a plus; familiarity with inventory control and production planning principles. The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
