Join our Integrated Planning team as a Planning Analyst, central to the execution of our Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process. Ensure alignment between short-term demand and available capacity. Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage analytical skills to drive effective operational decision-making. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, demand planning, operations analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a technology or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL or Python. Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Preferred:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights; detail-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; understanding of AI models, AI infrastructure and hardware concepts is a plus; familiarity with inventory control and production planning principles. What We Offer
The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility). We prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
