Job Description As a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase Branch, you\'ll be at the heart of our branch operations, working closely with the Branch Manager, branch employees, and our team of experts. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients\' financial transactions are handled with precision and care, all while adhering to our policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
A typical day involves assisting clients with transactions, introducing clients to self-service options to simplify their banking experience, and building lasting relationships. You\'ll review branch operations, keep the branch team informed about the latest policies and procedures, and lead the branch to meet and exceed control expectations, setting a positive tone for everyone who visits.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant branch atmosphere and provide an exceptional client experience.
Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs, and manage client check-ins to ensure a smooth visit.
Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices (cash vault and ATM) and resolve client issues with attention to detail while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
Promote self-service options to enhance the client banking experience.
Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure secure and smooth operations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements with a focus on smooth operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks.
Leadership skills and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy in a collaborative environment.
Ability to educate the branch team and partners and keep them informed.
Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to educate clients and refer to experts when needed.
1+ years of retail banking experience.
High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.
College degree or military equivalent.
Training and Travel Requirement
Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement.
Travel as required for in-person training and meetings.
