Branch Operations Lead - Flowers Plantation, Clayton, NC. This role sits in a Chase Branch and works closely with the Branch Manager and branch team to ensure accurate handling of client transactions, compliance with policies and procedures, and delivery of a welcoming client experience. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming environment and ensure an exceptional client experience. Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships. Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs, and guide them to self-service options when appropriate. Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues promptly while adhering to policies and procedures. Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate the client experience. Support access to self-service options so clients can manage accounts 24/7. Assist with loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain branch security and smooth operation, in collaboration with the Branch Manager. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements with strong attention to detail. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Leadership ability and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy in a collaborative environment. Ability to educate the branch team and partners and keep them informed. Strong client relationship skills with the ability to educate and refer clients to specialists when needed. 1+ years of retail banking experience. High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience. College degree or military equivalent (preferred). Training and Travel Requirement

Successful completion of the Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement. Travel may be required for in-person training and meetings. About Us
