Store Manager - Spirit

Overview The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and the candidate must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee the total operation of the store to maximize sales and profitability

Establish and maintain Guest Services standards

Control expenses and monitor shrink, inventory, and payroll costs

Manage merchandising, inventory control, and staffing

Coordinate setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store

Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Qualifications

Prior retail management experience required

Minimum age 21

Flexible schedule availability

Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds

Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate ranges from $20.00 - $20.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, Retention Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
