Overview
Store Manager - Beverly Center (on-site) at Psycho Bunny. The Store Manager strategically manages and promotes sales culture within a retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. They ensure a consistently high customer experience aligned with Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards. Responsibilities
Leadership and People Management: Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing a store vision based on key metrics, cascading it to all team members, and celebrating differences to support guests and team members. Working With Others: Build supportive, productive relationships with all team members, focusing on development and collaboration to optimize guest experience and store operations. Guest Experience: Develop a delighted and loyal customer base through clienteling, analyze customer profiles and buying trends, coach team members, assess guest needs, provide product education, and support in-store transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in-store; phone sales; ship from store). Operations: Ensure execution of visual directives and presentation standards, participate in quarterly and annual planning, manage store strategy and budget, and oversee store P&L in line with sales goals and policies. Your Toolkit / Qualifications
5 years of retail store management experience. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture. Hiring Range
