R-22679## **Lead Analyst - Programs****Reporting to:** Vice President, Electic Operations & Projects**Location:** Augusta, ME**Work Type:** OfficeThe base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from **$85,000 to $107,000 plus up to 16% bonus**Provides technical services and support in driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence across key programs. This position leads analytical efforts to evaluate program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven planning.
Combines strong analytical skills with program management insight to influence outcomes and guide leadership.**Key Responsibilities*** Gather and analyze complex data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.* Develop detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings for management and other stakeholders.* Develop recommendations for improving processes, products, or systems based upon data analysis.* Work with different departments and teams to understand their data needs and implement data-driven strategies.* Ensure the quality, consistency, and security of company data throughout its lifecycle.* Monitor business performance, evaluate metrics, and suggest ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.* Provides support for Emergency Events.**Qualifications:*** 8+ Years of releveant experience, Bachelor's degree preferred* Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)* Excellent oral and written communication skills (copywriting, editing and proofing)* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills* Ability to manage vendors for on-time, high-quality deliverables* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects at a time* A combination of a bachelor’s degree or four to eight years of experience will be considered**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience working in email platforms such as dotdigital, Mailchimp, Constant Contact* Ability to write HTML code* Experience with web platform editing, building, management* Experience with Mail Merge, commercial printing, direct mail services, media buyers* Data analysis experience* Project management experience and/or communications planning* Skilled in Excel and/or Power BI* Prior experience using Adobe Workfront or similar project management and communications proofing tool#LI-OFFICE#LI-JO1**Company:**CENTRAL MAINE POWER CO**Información Movilidad**
