Warehouse Manager (Government Property SME) at Strata-G. Lead warehouse operations including inventory, shipping/receiving, packaging, and kitting, with a focus on government property compliance and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities
Lead all warehouse operations: inventory, shipping/receiving, packaging, and kitting. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure on-time deliveries. Oversee company vehicle use and maintenance. Manage the flow of materials from warehouse stock to the shop floor or outside vendors. Ensure compliance in handling hazardous materials, government property, and industrial waste. Maintain government property management and reporting compliance IAW FAR 52.245-1. Conduct audits and inventories for warehouse stock, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and Customer Furnished Materials (CFM). Enter data into the Government property system, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), as necessary. Supervise and develop warehouse staff, from training and licensing to performance reviews. Provide input on budgets and continuously improve processes. Qualifications
Experience with Deltek Costpoint and customer shipping portal systems. 3+ years of managing Government property in line with FAR 52.245-1. Knowledge of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system. Strong computer, communication, and analytical skills. Hands-on expertise with HAZMAT shipping/storage. Proven team building and leadership ability. Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of supervisory experience. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Bonus Points For
