This role is your chance to own the warehouse, shipping, receiving, packaging, and kitting operations—and make a direct impact on how we deliver for our customers and partners.
What You'll Do:
Lead all warehouse operations: inventory, shipping/receiving, packaging, and kitting.
Keep our inventory accurate and our deliveries on point.
Oversee company vehicle use and maintenance.
Manage the flow of materials—whether from warehouse stock to the shop floor or to outside vendors.
Ensure compliance in handling hazardous materials, government property, and industrial waste.
Maintains government property management and reporting compliance IAW FAR 52.245-1
Conduct audits and inventories for warehouse stock, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and Customer Furnished Materials (CFM).
Makes entries into the Government property system, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), as necessary
Supervise and develop warehouse staff, from training and licensing to performance reviews.
Provide input on budgets and continuously improve processes.
What You Bring:
Experience with Deltek Costpoint and customer shipping portal systems.
3+ years of managing Government property in line with FAR 52.245-1.
Knowledge of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system.
Strong computer, communication, and analytical skills.
Hands-on expertise with HAZMAT shipping/storage.
Proven team building and leadership ability.
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of supervisory experience.
U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with barcoding and RFID inventory systems.
Previous work in government contracting or defense environments.
