Responsible for supporting and maintaining Small Cell Networks through Network Acceptance, Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance tasks. Responsible for compliance with Crown Castle policies and procedures. Safe work practices, integrity, quality and attention to detail are required. Responsibilities
Perform all activities in a manner that ensures the safety of yourself, team, customers and the public. Respond to all network outages, impairments and emergencies in the assigned area. Complete all annual preventative maintenance inspections to Crown Castle standards. Perform acceptance of required new and modified networks. Operate and understand RF and fiber related test equipment, such as PIM analyzer, Antenna analyzer, RF power meter, Spectrum analyzer, Signal generator, OTDR, Fusion splicer and FiberOptic power meter. Operate PC or similar devices to access Small Cell Network web-based tools and complete assigned administrative tasks. Work efficiently with cross-functional departments and peers. Education/Certifications
High School Degree or equivalent required Wireless/Wireline Operations or equivalent military strongly preferred Possess a valid state driver’s license with a non-negligent driving record Experience/Minimum Requirements
Two years of experience in Wireless/Wireline Operations, OSP/ISP or related Technical knowledge of Fiber, Coax and Low voltage troubleshooting Expectations
Knowledge of radio transmitters, receivers, antennas, electronic and fiber optic theory Skills to safely drive and operate a boom truck in the public right of way Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work in web-based ticketing and network monitoring systems Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage time efficiently Organizational Relationship

Works in the public right of way with exposure to extreme weather, radio frequency fields, and the general public. Physical demands include lifting up to 75 pounds, stooping and climbing ladders. Availability to work after hours, weekends, holidays and on-call duty as conditions require. Swing shift hours and possible weekend work. May require travel away from home location for extended periods. Additional Information
The salary/hourly range offered is $28.50 – $39.18 per hour. Offers are determined by factors including depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, education, internal alignment, and work location. Compensation may include incentive opportunities, discretionary bonuses or equity incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and holidays.
