It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry. Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together. WHAT WE'LL NEED The PMO Lead will play a critical role in driving cross-functional coordination, milestone management, and transparency to support the launch of large, cross-functional initiatives. This person will partner closely with internal teams to manage progress across workstream, ensuring key deliverables are met and surfaced in a timely, organized way. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident navigating across a diverse set of stakeholders – including teams spanning technology, marketing, legal, finance, and operations. They bring structure to ambiguity, follow through on timeliness, push for progress, and know when to escalate blockers to keep things moving. This person should have strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the business acumen to understand how cross-functional work drives broader goals. Comfort working with digital project teams, coordinating inputs across multiple owners, and supporting planning efforts from early-stage strategy through go-to-market execution will be key. Track progress against key milestones and deliverables across workstream, supporting an integrated cross-functional initiative launch. Maintain and manage program-level milestone trackers, surfacing risks, blockers, or missed deadlines proactively. Facilitate regular check-ins with workstream leads to ensure accountability and provide clarity on upcoming expectations. Identify and document cross-functional dependencies; ensure coordination across teams to avoid delivery delays. Support the initiative manager(s) in building content for cross-functional meetings, leadership updates, and working sessions. Drive alignment and consistency in how workstreams report progress (e.g., use of one-pagers, shared tools, decision logs) Consolidate inputs and updates from workstreams to maintain a single source of truth on initiative health and status Support the evolution of PMO tools and rituals as initiatives scale WHAT YOU'LL NEED Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, operations, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project or program management with exposure to PMO environments or enterprise-level coordination. Strong organizational skills with experience managing cross functional teams or initiatives. Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience preparing content for leadership meetings and governance forums (e.g., SteerCos, working groups). Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and fast timelines. Proficient in using SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage project tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Experience supporting product launches or enterprise initiatives that require coordination across marketing, product, operations, or technology teams. Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and a focus on driving accountability across workstreams. WHO YOU ARE No job is too small. You recognize that the real work happens in the restaurants, and everything we do should support their success. You stay humble, roll up your sleeves, and always look for ways to support. You learn from others and contribute wherever you can. You care deeply about doing great work and driving results. You’re curious, ask questions, and seek out opportunities to improve. You don’t just point out problems—you bring solutions, ideas, and perspectives that move the team forward. You take full responsibility for your work and see things through to completion. You aren’t afraid to fail because you know that failure is a part of learning and growth. You take action, move fast, and keep pushing forward. You lead with empathy, respect, and emotional intelligence. You collaborate effectively, fostering a culture of trust and constructive feedback. You understand the importance of teamwork and ensure that your actions build others up rather than break them down. You push yourself and others to be better.
