Manage Mondelēz supply chain finance planning and performance management activities and related financial decisions, including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for NA Ventures Supply Chain. Drive a strong controls and compliance environment; ensure policies are understood and that proper controls and compliance are in place. Partner with the Ventures businesses providing critical financial perspective and insight for business strategies and decisions, including productivity initiatives; monitor and adjust execution of actions. Drive harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team. Build a high-performing Finance team; recruit and develop Finance talent and drive the Finance talent agenda with a focus on the region/business unit pipeline. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or commercial finance and/or accounting. Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or Supply Chain environment is strongly preferred. Proven ability to contribute to business model decisions, analyze complex problems, and drive effective resolutions. Strong technical skills (e.g., Advanced Excel); experience with NetSuite, FIT, Tableau and Power BI is preferred. Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities; collaborative team player with proven stakeholder management skills. Growth/digital mindset with ability to identify opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency. The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. Eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus program. Mondelēz International also offers benefits including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time.
