Ecommerce Specialist
The Swatch Group (U.S.) is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist who will be responsible for assisting with the management and growth of our direct-to-consumer corporate websites, Amazon and V2C national channels. This role supports and expands existing e-commerce sales through marketing, merchandising, and promotional techniques for all online channels. This role is crucial in ensuring that the company's e-commerce operations run smoothly across all ecommerce channels, are well-maintained, and continuously grow. The Ecommerce Specialist must be detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong understanding of the digital retail environment and customer-centric strategies.
This is an office-based position in Miami, Florida.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Regularly audit and analyze e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy, currency, and quality of content across various categories. Resolve any errors and ensure proper merchandising Manage product updates and new collection launches, ensuring accurate product details, stock availability, pricing, and sell-out performance. Oversee the launch process from product uploads to banner updates Use reporting tools to prepare monthly reports, identify trends, analyze sales data, and find opportunities to enhance the e-commerce experience. Forecast potential impacts of proposed changes Monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and timely replenishment Address and resolve any technical issues to ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage customer inquiries and reviews across platforms (Salesforce, Google, Meta) Uphold brand standards across all retailer and national accounts’ websites. Ensure digital assets and product presentations align with the brand’s identity. Create and provide necessary digital content to drive brand awareness and sales Collaborate on content calendars for campaigns, promotions, and email strategies. Ensure flawless execution of all digital initiatives. Assist with campaign setups upon request Assist with regular updates and optimizations for Instagram Shop and PromoBoxx, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with marketing campaigns Stay informed on digital retail trends, consumer behavior, and opportunities. Assist with global projects from HQ, ensuring they align with local market needs Monitor and manage grey market issues to ensure compliance with brand policies and protect the brand’s integrity All other duties assigned by Management Professional Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements: 4-year College degree in Business, Marketing or similar field is required 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce role; experience in luxury accessories/jewelry preferred Excellent communication skills; written and verbal Experience with Google Analytics SEO knowledge Strong interpersonal and creative skills Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel experience required) Salesforce knowledge preferred Photoshop is a plus Must have strong excel experience and analytical skills HTML knowledge is a plus Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Ecommerce Specialist to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. Additional Skill Requirements:
