The Director of Franchise Operations, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives (OLP) will lead the implementation and execution of key operational initiatives for the Brand’s franchise system. This individual will have responsibility for achieving the business unit’s annual budget objectives and leading the support team in providing world class training, coaching, and mentoring for the franchisees. The primary objectives are to drive organic growth and improve the unit economics of existing franchisees and continue the aggressive efforts to train and launch new franchisees effectively. Core Responsibilities

Leadership and Oversight : Manage and lead the franchise business coaching team, equipping them with the tools, frameworks, and knowledge to effectively coach franchisees and address operational challenges. Provide constructive feedback and actionable plans for improvement. Training Development : Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs for franchise owners and their teams, including regional in-person training sessions, webinars, and online learning modules. Accountability & Operational Excellence : Review financial information and ensure the Brand is achieving monthly EBITDA goals. Establish accountability systems & methodologies for the coaching team to monitor their effectiveness in supporting franchisee growth and compliance with brand standards. Franchisee Engagement : Partner with coaches to identify franchisee needs and opportunities, ensuring tailored support to improve their operational and financial performance, with extra focus on new franchises through their first six months of operation. Strategic Initiatives : Collaborate with executive leadership to align coaching efforts with broader company goals, such as scaling the franchise network, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Crisis Management : Support coaches in addressing critical franchisee issues, such as operational disruptions or compliance challenges, and handle escalations as necessary. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required . Business administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in franchise operations or coaching certification are preferred. Experience:

5+ years of experience in franchise operations management, preferably within the home services industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and supporting a multi-unit franchise network. Operational Knowledge:

Deep understanding of franchise business models, systems, and operational best practices. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to coach/train franchisees to reach business goals. Experience in home services franchising or residential/commercial lighting preferred. Leadership & Communication Skills:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to message, influence, and motivate franchisees and their teams. Prior experience with direct reports preferred. Training Expertise:

Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs, with hands-on experience in creating engaging, effective content for diverse learning formats (in-person, webinars, e-learning). Project Management Skills:

Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM, POS, and other relevant operational systems used in franchise networks. Analytical Abilities:

Proficient in analyzing operational metrics and financial reports to drive informed decision-making. Travel:

Must have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time. EOE Statement:
