Carterwill Search is partnered with a well-established global organization seeking a Technical Project Manager with a diverse background in business analysis, project management, and agile methodologies. This position offers an opportunity to serve as a key liaison across product, engineering, data, and analytics teams, providing necessary structure while maintaining flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and support the scaling of processes to facilitate long-term growth. This role is dynamic and adaptable; success relies on proactive engagement, attention to detail, and the ability to establish clarity within developing workflows. Key Responsibilities: Translate business strategy into actionable execution plans, including roadmaps, workstreams, and documentation. Lead backlog grooming and prioritization using frameworks such as RICE scoring. Support agile ceremonies: sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, demos, and release cycles. Partner with developers, QA, and data teams to write/manage tickets, document requirements, workflows, and test criteria. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication, ensuring accountability across projects. Use AI tools and data insights to enhance productivity and improve processes. Support QA integration, UAT coordination, and release management. Collaborate with program leads to align media and product requirements with delivery timelines. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an Agile Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in B2B tech, healthcare, or digital media environments. Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Proficient with Jira and agile planning tools. Understanding of digital product development lifecycles and omnichannel marketing media workflows. Familiarity in the application of AI tools within Agile and waterfall workflows. Ability to collaborate with developers and discuss technical requirements. Background in balancing structure with flexibility in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience blending roles (e.g., BA + Scrum Master, QA + PM) strongly preferred.
