Supply Chain Planner

What You'll Do
Act as the primary contact for our authorized sales partners and internal business partners, proactively managing and resolving inquiries, orders, and complex shipping issues to ensure timely results. Reply to and resolve questions from our dealer partners and internal business partner emails (focusing on B2B/channel support, not consumer-level issues). Accurately
receive, enter, and validate customer orders , reserve inventory, and set reliable delivery dates. Generate and analyze open order reports
to maintain system integrity (SLA, EDI, IDOCs) and guarantee smooth fulfillment. Work closely with
Channel Managers, Logistics, and Allocation Planning
to clear backorders, coordinate loads, resolve picking/shipping capacity issues, and ensure on-time delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve return exceptions, coordinate adjustments with Finance, and authorize necessary replacements or credits. Root-cause process failures
and implement continuous improvements to boost efficiency and reliability across the fulfillment function. Also responsible for other duties and projects as assigned by business management. What You'll Bring
1-2 years of hands-on supply chain experience
in a planning, fulfillment, or logistics role. A solid
understanding of supply chain systems and structures , including how your work impacts upstream and downstream partners. Strong analytical skills
and a proven ability to work independently while also being an effective team player. Working knowledge of Excel , including basic formulas and pivot tables, for reporting and analysis. Practical knowledge of
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
principles is a big plus. Experience with
SAP ECC, Oracle Fusion, or other major fulfillment/ERP systems
is highly preferred.
