Overview

Project: Supply Chain Planner within the Fulfillment team of the Supply Chain organization. This role interacts regularly with customers and manages orders, shipments and customer inquiries. The Supply Chain Planner collaborates with multiple teams in a team-oriented environment. Base pay range

Client to provide. Project Responsibilities

Optimize customer experience, responsible for timely resolution and proactive results for the dealer channel. Review and authorize applicable credits. Reply/resolve dealer questions and internal business partner emails (not consumer). Receive, enter and validate customer orders, reserve inventory and determine delivery dates. Generate, analyze and monitor open order reports to validate system integrity, SLA, EDI and IDOCs. Establish and maintain business relationships with Channel Managers, Logistics and Allocation Planning to ensure on-time delivery, communicate backorder status and resolve picking, shipping and capacity issues. Aggregate, review and collaborate with allocation Planning to clear backorders, execute planning cycles to build loads, release orders to DC and drive the daily open order review process with key channel managers. Resolve return exceptions, coordinate adjustments to deductions with Finance, Channel Manager and Customer and authorize replacement or credit. Root-cause process failures and implement process improvements. Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed. Position Requirements

1-2 years of supply chain experience. Understanding of supply chain systems and structures. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and within teams. Ability to connect work in the functional area upstream and/or downstream in supply chain. Practical knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning. Working knowledge of Excel, basic formulas, pivots, etc. Excel is critical to the role – pivots, simple formulas and the ability to understand data – use filters. Experience in SAP ECC/fulfillment systems preferred and Oracle Fusion. Seniority level
