Manage post-sale customer relationships for assigned U.S. Department of Defense accounts Co-create and execute tailored Customer Success Plans to drive customer value realization Establish and track success metrics, using analytics and regular account reviews Collaborate with Sales teams and Channel Partners to address customer needs and challenges Monitor customer usage data and translate insights into strategies for success What is Required (Qualifications)
Up to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, or similar customer-facing roles Proven ability to lead discussions and uncover customer business challenges Experience in documenting strategies, business cases, or success plans with stakeholders Familiarity with large corporations and complex organizational structures Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
