This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency and opening new store front locations in expanding markets (NC/SC/TN/WISC/IA/ILL/MICH/NE/FLA). You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members, offering property and casualty insurance, life insurance, AAA memberships, and related products. Products include autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. AAA Membership provides access to trusted roadside assistance and savings opportunities across dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events, and auto care. Compensation is 100% incentive-based with competitive new-business and renewal commissions, plus bonus programs designed to support business growth at all stages. Start-up bonuses and marketing reimbursements are available. Lead programs linked to AAA’s membership databases enhance growth opportunities. Strong support throughout the process includes onboarding, compliance guidance, and ongoing education and resources to help you recruit staff, manage finances, develop a business plan, and access a network of experienced agency owners and professionals. Responsibilities and Onboarding
Own and grow a multi-line insurance agency serving AAA Members and new prospective members. Lead new agency location placements with a detailed deployment plan ensuring compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Participate in core business training, sales, customer service, products, and systems. Utilize provided resources to recruit licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, and adapt a business plan as the agency evolves. Collaborate with AAA recruiters to review specifics and requirements for agency setup. What You’ll Sell and Offer
Property and casualty insurance: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Specialty Vehicles; plus access to brokered products from multiple carriers (state varies).
