AAA - The Auto Club Group, is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This opportunity focuses on opening new store front locations in expanding markets (NC/SC/TN/WISC/IA/ILL/MICH/NE/FLA) with strong brand support. One of the industry’s best compensation packages with unlimited earnings potential through a 100% incentive-based structure. Compensation includes competitive new-business and renewal commissions, plus bonus programs to support business growth at all stages of development. Responsibilities

Own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products. Sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, flood, RV, boat, motorcycle, and commercial lines; offer brokered products from multiple leading carriers (varies by state). Lead and manage a multi-line agency operation, recruit and develop staff, and ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Build a sustainable and profitable business year over year through planning, sales, service, and member-focused delivery. Utilize provided lead programs linked to AAA membership databases and participate in ongoing training (in-person and virtual). Compensation & Support

100% incentive-based compensation with unlimited earning potential; includes new-business and renewal commissions plus start-up bonuses and marketing reimbursement. Self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. Ability to bring business or industry-relevant experience and the capital to launch and sustain the agency. Willingness to sell and service a range of products to a defined and loyal client base.
