Lead and manage the used car department, ensuring high performance in sales, customer service, and inventory management. Oversee acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and inventory control of pre-owned vehicles to maximize profitability. Develop and implement strategies to optimize vehicle turn rates and maintain a competitive used car inventory. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, trade partners, and suppliers. Monitor market trends, pricing data, and competitor activity to inform pricing and inventory decisions. Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency. Analyze sales metrics and inventory reports to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Pay Range: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 a month. We also offer top-of-the-line benefits, including Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Pet, and Company-Paid Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan, 401k with Company Match, and Lucrative Paid Time Off. Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales or used vehicle management, preferably in a dealership environment. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a sales team. Comprehensive knowledge of used car market dynamics, pricing strategies, and inventory management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in automotive software and inventory management systems. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
