Assistant Store Manager - Spirit at Spirit Halloween. The role supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store, and contributes to overall store operation to maximize sales and profitability. Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Assist in establishing and maintaining Guest Services and developing staff. Control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures to support store profitability. Qualifications
Prior retail management experience required. Minimum age 18; flexible schedule. Physical requirements: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
