Your role as a Front Desk Supervisor As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and lead our team in creating memorable guest experiences. Essential functions and basic duties

Supervise front desk staff and provide guidance and support as needed

Maintain a high level of guest service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly

Manage room inventory, reservations, and guest accounts accurately

Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback

Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and payroll

Requirements and skills

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry preferred

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Grooming:

All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Cipriani standards.
