Brand: Spencer's The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store. The role aims to ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Responsibilities
Establish and maintain high-quality Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations. Develop staff to drive sales and profitability. Control expenses and shrinkage. Oversee merchandising and inventory control according to company policies. Qualifications
Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Minimum age 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds (in excess of 8 hours). Benefits
