Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements
– Collaborate with business teams including Digital, E-commerce, and Marketing to capture and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables Requirements & Solution Design
– Gather and translate business needs into functional requirements, wireframes, and user stories; ensure dashboards are intuitive, structured, and meet stakeholder priorities. KPI Definitions & Data Governance
– Define, validate, and maintain consistent KPI definitions and business rules in collaboration with data teams to ensure accuracy across dashboards. Testing & User Adoption
– Lead UAT, document feedback, create training materials, and drive adoption of digital dashboards by ensuring usability and business alignment. Insights & Business Impact
– Deliver actionable insights on digital KPIs to optimize customer journeys, campaign performance, and overall e-commerce effectiveness. Work and Technical Experience: Act as the primary onsite liaison between client stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, requirements, and deliverables. Partner with client’s team including Digital, E-commerce, Marketing, and Technology teams to gather, define, and document business requirements for analytics initiatives. Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with offshore engineers, data modelers, and visualization experts for execution. Help in defining and monitor KPIs to measure digital customer engagement, campaign performance, conversion optimization, and omnichannel journeys. Provide actionable insights on digital KPIs like conversion, AOV, CLV to optimize campaigns, customer journeys, and sales Conduct requirement workshops, backlog grooming, UAT sessions, and training for business stakeholders as needed. Drive adoption of digital analytics solutions by ensuring that reporting platforms and insights are aligned with business decisions. Proactively identify gaps, opportunities, and process improvements in digital data flows, campaign measurement, and customer experience. Provide support on data related insights queries for end users, especially on data querying and data analysis Must To Have 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on digital analytics, e-commerce, or marketing technology. Strong familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools. Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and user stories. Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills. Experience working in a global delivery model with effective onsite-offshore collaboration. Understanding of digital commerce KPIs such as cart abandonment, average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (CLV). Hands on knowledge with SQL related tasks related to data analysis Excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas Good To Have Exposure to BI visualization tools (Incorta,Tableau). Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery. Background in retail/footwear/apparel industry a strong plus. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus) Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods 6+ years of experience as Business Analyst Qualities: Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes for a fast growing team and firm Able to communicate persuasively through speaking, writing, and client presentations Able to consult, write, and present persuasively Able to work in a self-organized and cross-functional team Able to iterate based on new information, peer reviews, and feedback Able to work with teams and clients in different time zones Research focused mindset Seniority level
