Global E-Commerce Senior Analyst

New Balance is seeking a Global E-Commerce Senior Analyst to join our Global Direct to Consumer Team. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions across our global ecommerce ecosystem, supporting both commercial performance and consumer experience enhancements on newbalance.com. As our ecommerce business continues to scale globally, this analyst will play a key role in embedding insights into our go-to-market strategies, optimizing digital operations, and influencing technology roadmaps. They will also collaborate with our five Regional Ecommerce Leaders and their respective teams NA, EMEA, APAC, Japan, and China to ensure Global KPIs are aligned, and insights are actionable. Reporting and analysis will span across 30+ instances of newbalance.com globally. Major Responsibilities

Performance Analytics & Reporting Own the reporting and analysis of global ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, revenue, etc. Partner with Digital Product & Engineering teams to develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, GA4, Content Square, and other analytics tools. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for global and regional stakeholders. Champion 1st- and 3rd-party consumer data to set benchmarks and compare performance to industry standards. Digital Product Optimization Analyze operational metrics such as site speed, checkout flow, and fulfillment rates to identify friction points. Support A/B testing and experimentation to validate new features and UX enhancements. Partner with Digital Product & Engineering to set requirements for tagging and data capture processes to ensure accuracy and completeness. Global Collaboration & Enablement Partner with regional insights & analytics teams to understand local trends and tailor insights accordingly. Share best practices and foster a culture of data literacy and experimentation. Support training initiatives to improve end-user experience with analytics tools and dashboards. Support migration and standardization of reporting across Retail and Ecommerce channels. Requirements for Success

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, ecommerce, or consumer insights Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI required; Content Square and Salesforce preferred Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Tealium, GTM) and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely) Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R preferred Strong storytelling skills with data and ability to influence cross-functional teams Passion for consumer behavior and digital experience optimization Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
