Sales Leadership & Profit Growth: Take ownership of store sales by delivering outstanding customer experience, upselling products, and implementing promotions to maximize revenue. You’ll be at the forefront of driving store performance. Customer Engagement & Experience: Engage with customers to create a loyal shopper base; provide personalized styling advice and recommendations to enhance their shopping journey. Expert Piercing Services: Participate in Claire’s piercing program to provide safe, professional experiences for customers. Operational Excellence: Maintain inventory accuracy, process transactions efficiently, and keep the store well-merchandised to drive foot traffic. Team Support & Sales Coaching: Collaborate with the Store Manager to train and motivate team members toward sales goals and high-quality service. Trend-Driven Brand Representation: Promote Claire's products with enthusiasm and stay current with fashion trends to offer compelling recommendations. About You
Sales-Driven Mindset: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and seeking opportunities to maximize revenue. Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with ability to drive sales and support team success. Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers. Strong Communication & Selling Skills: Ability to engage customers, build relationships, and close sales. Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of taking charge when needed. Passion for Fashion: Interested in staying up to date with trends to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Product Curation: Ability to create a curated fashion look with products during shifts. Job Requirements
Ability to conduct piercings and show patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers. Proficiency with POS systems to facilitate transactions and manage sales. High school diploma or equivalent; minimum one year of retail management experience and one year of overall retail experience. Physical ability to stand for shifts and lift 11-35kg (25-75lbs); ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders as needed. Passion for customer self-expression and delivering excellent service throughout the visit. Strong verbal and written communication; capable of effective interaction with customers, employees, and management. Numerical competency for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
