Logistics Data Analyst Job Type: Full-time; On-site Responsibilities
Compile data from multiple systems and create customized reports for internal and external users. Maintain system integrity with detailed analysis and a high level of data accuracy. Manage reporting functionality by streamlining existing reports and developing additional metrics. Assist with setting up pricing in the company’s Transportation Management System (TMS) and customer-specific pricing setups and changes. Produce timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Coordinate vendor and client communications. Create RFP bids, analyze proposals received, and negotiate pricing. Troubleshoot pricing issues. Perform other duties and responsibilities as business demands are deemed necessary. Experience
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. 2 years’ experience in Logistics, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain-related areas. Proficiency in MS Excel is required (Pivots, Vlookups, and basic formulas). Proficiency in Power BI is highly desirable. Proficiency in SQL is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and communication skills (phone, email, and meetings). A high degree of versatility, good interpersonal skills, and excellent time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Additional information
