Manage SharePoint site administration and custom development, applying UI/UX principles to create seamless interfaces and dashboards that meet user needs. Gather, translate, and refine requirements from clients, stakeholders, and end users; synthesize feedback and implement process improvements. Ensure user adoption through hands-on training and ongoing support. Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate workflows and visualize data. Leverage Microsoft SharePoint Online and Purview frameworks and adhere to federal records management requirements. Design or improve custom solutions (web parts, forms, dashboards) to streamline records management tasks. Collaborate with technical partners to address project improvement requirements and drive delivery in a DoD context. Qualifications
5+ years of DoD IT project management experience. 5+ years of experience with SharePoint site administration, custom development, and content management. Experience in UI/UX and creating intuitive interfaces. Experience gathering requirements, capturing lessons learned, and implementing process improvements. Experience integrating SharePoint with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for automation and visualization. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online and Purview frameworks. Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end-user needs into solutions such as web parts, forms, and dashboards. Ability to train and support end users to drive adoption. Secret security clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Nice If You Have
5+ years of experience building out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions using Power Platform. Experience crafting Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI visualizations. Experience in front-end or back-end SharePoint development. Experience with Agile methodology. Experience working with the Navy. Knowledge of cloud records management systems and federal records management requirements. Ability to collaborate with technical partners to address project improvement requirements. Clearance

Salary range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The projected compensation range is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as contract-specific factors. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date. Work Model
