You’ll work directly with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions that streamline records management and enhance operational efficiency. Your efforts will support the integration of SharePoint with Power Platform tools—Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI—to automate workflows and visualize data across secure DoD environments. You understand that great project managers balance technical expertise with human-centered design. You’ll manage SharePoint site administration and custom development, applying UI/UX principles to create seamless interfaces and dashboards that meet user needs. You’ll synthesize feedback, implement process improvements, and ensure adoption through hands-on training and support. With a strong grasp of Microsoft SharePoint Online, Purview frameworks, and federal records management requirements, you’ll help clients turn complex challenges into elegant, scalable solutions. 5+ years of experience with DoD IT project management 5+ years of experience with SharePoint site administration, custom development, and content management Experience in UI/UX and intuitive interfaces Experience gathering requirements, lessons learned, and implementing process improvements Experience integrating SharePoint with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enable automation and visualization Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online and Purview frameworks Ability to translate clients, stakeholders, and end users’ needs to develop or improve custom solutions such as web parts, forms, and dashboards to streamline records management tasks Ability to train and support end users to ease and increase application adoption Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have
5+ years of experience building out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions using Power Platform Experience crafting custom Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI visualizations in Microsoft 365 Experience in front-end or back-end SharePoint development Experience with Agile methodology Experience working with the Navy Knowledge of commercial architecture and implementations of cloud records management systems Knowledge of federal records management requirements Ability to work with technical partners to address project improvement requirements Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Identity Statement
