AVP, Operational Resilience
provides leadership and strategic direction for the company’s resilience framework. The AVP leads efforts to assess potential risks, develop and govern continuity plans aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and coordinate executive-level response efforts during disruptions. In addition to business continuity responsibilities, the AVP oversees corporate security functions including global threat assessments, incident response coordination, and the design and management of physical security infrastructure such as access control systems, CCTV and alarm systems. This role will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and testing business needs against company infrastructure; closing resilience gaps; and maintaining a robust framework that supports the company’s growth and protects its reputation. The position will require strong partnership with all company functions, and will be a key component, partner and coordinator of the crisis management committee. What You Will Do: Strategic Leadership : Provide leadership and direction for the company’s Operational Resilience framework, including Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Corporate Security, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, presenting findings, shaping recovery strategies, and driving cross-functional adoption of resilience and security policies. Program Oversight:
Direct the development, implementation, and ongoing governance of business continuity and crisis management plans, ensuring that recovery strategies and objectives are embedded across all business units. Corporate Security Leadership:
Oversee corporate security operations, including physical access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and incident response coordination. Influence the design and execution of security strategies to protect assets, employees, and facilities. Crisis Management & Incident Response:
Serve as a central escalation point during disruptions, coordinating executive decision-making and leading cross-functional teams to minimize operational and reputational impact. Testing & Assurance:
Oversee regular testing, exercises, and simulation drills, ensuring that results are reviewed at the executive level and that corrective actions are embedded in program enhancements. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:

Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBCP, MBCI, CISSP, PMP) strongly preferred. Experience:
7 years of progressive experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Corporate Security, or related risk/resilience disciplines. Demonstrated ability to set objectives, prioritize workloads, and provide coaching and guidance to professionals, with readiness to assume direct people management responsibility as the function grows. Proven ability to shape decisions at the executive level, secure cross-functional alignment, and influence without direct authority. Operational Expertise:
Deep knowledge of business continuity and crisis management frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC) and corporate security operations, including physical access control, surveillance, alarms, and incident management. Crisis Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead organizational response during real incidents, including coordination of executive decision-making, external communications, and post-event reviews. Regulatory & Compliance:
Strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and experience representing an organization during audits, examinations, or external reviews. Communication Skills:

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
