State of Alaska What You Will Be Doing You will review, prepare, and track professional services contracts and amendments that support design and construction administration services across Central Region highways, aviation, and construction groups, as well as Statewide Public Facilities and Materials. You’ll ensure all documents—such as Requests for Proposals, Records of Negotiation, Waiver Requests, and Professional Services Agreements (PSA) — are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and federal procurement laws, DOT&PF policies, and the PSA Manual. You will also conduct proposal openings, verify contractor and subcontractor compliance, and assist evaluation committees in selecting the most qualified firms.
