teams support complex, high-value transactions that power global capital markets. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional to help deliver accurate, timely, and insightful trust reporting for structured finance vehicles. What You’ll Do As an Analytics Manager , you’ll play a critical role in supporting structured finance deals backed by syndicated loans, corporate bonds, ABS, MBS, CMBS, and mezzanine debt. You’ll ensure trust reporting is accurate, compliant, and aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Interpret trust indentures and translate them into actionable reporting requirements. Develop technical report specifications and configure payment waterfalls in internal systems. Reconcile and map periodic collateral data from asset managers and trustees. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual investor and tax reports. Perform portfolio compliance testing and trade validation as needed. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely cash movements. Serve as a key point of contact for asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies. Maintain high standards of quality control and regulatory compliance. What You Bring Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience. 6–8 years of relevant experience in structured finance, trust services, or financial reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of structured finance products, including syndicated loans and fixed income securities. Familiarity with securitization, trading, or mutual fund operations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems. Why U.S. Bank?
