Establish and maintain Guest Services and oversee the operation of the store. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory control. Manage human resources and all aspects of merchandising and store operations in adherence with Company policies and procedures. Qualifications
Prior retail management experience is required. The minimum age requirement for a Store Manager is 21. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods. Benefits and Compensation
