Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in healthcare construction to oversee large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a leadership role with a top-tier General Contractor offering the opportunity to manage complex projects across healthcare and institutional sectors. Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong presence in Florida, specializing in healthcare, institutional, and select commercial projects. Known for their commitment to quality and long-standing client relationships, they deliver projects that prioritize safety, efficiency, and innovation. Responsibilities
Lead all phases of healthcare and institutional construction projects from planning to completion.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth communication and project flow.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks while driving efficiency and profitability.
Profile / Qualifications
8-10 years of project management experience within the healthcare construction sector, with a track record of delivering ground-up and renovation projects.
Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements and codes.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders on complex builds.
Strong financial acumen and contract negotiation skills; collaborative leadership style.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary of $150,000 - $200,000, based on experience.
