We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily construction projects valued at $100M+. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering landmark developments. The client is a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality multifamily and mixed-use projects across South Florida. Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects exceeding $100M, from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Manage project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain strong performance and accountability. Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership, design teams, and stakeholders. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and support staff. Profile / Qualifications

10+ years of progressive project management experience in multifamily construction, with proven success managing projects $100M+. Strong background in contract negotiations, project scheduling, and budget control. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
