Lead design efforts for new and existing water and wastewater infrastructure projects Collaborate with Texas municipalities and water authorities to build strong relationships Support business development efforts to grow the regional presence Ensure compliance with Texas-specific regulations and treatment technologies Manage financial and contractual project matters effectively What is Required (Qualifications)
15+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design and project management Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months Expertise in wastewater treatment plant planning, design, and permitting Strong business acumen with experience in financial and contractual project matters Familiarity with Texas-specific regulations and treatment technologies How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
