Position Overview The Area Director of Operations leads the oversight and management of multiple facilities, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality care. The role involves facility visits, fostering on-site engagement, problem identification, and staff accessibility. Conducting structured meetings with Team Leaders, collaborating with facility administrators, and maintaining close communication with the RVP of Operations are key aspects. The ADO will oversee documentation, evaluations, and disciplinary actions, while also spearheading quality assurance measures and implementing rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities/Requirements Education and Licensure

Must have a bachelor’s or associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations.

Active state license.

Must possess a current certification from NBCOT if required by state – OT/COTAs only.

Must possess a current certification from ASHA (CCC) Certification – SLPs only.

Clinical Experience

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.

Must have multi-site management experience (1-3yrs).

Must live in or be willing to relocate to the greater Chicago area.
