The Senior Advisor, Organization Effectiveness & Talent Management is responsible for driving high-impact, integrated, and scalable solutions that enable a high-performing organization—from strategy through deployment—within their practice area(s). This role develops and implements processes, frameworks, methodologies, tools, templates, and routines aligned to business strategy to deliver strong people outcomes. As a subject matter expert, the role leverages external benchmarking, defines clear outcome/success measures, and drives continuous improvement. A key focus is building capability for managers and employees to effectively adopt and apply these practices to drive a high performing organization. Key Accountabilities

DEVELOPMENT: Designs, implements and deploys large and complex organization effectiveness and talent management programs within area(s) of focus that enable strategy and strong business performance. Ensures DEI principles are embedded, benchmarks against external best practices, and integrates technology solutions to support programs. IMPLEMENTATION/DEPLOYMENT: Leads the deployment of large and complex programs by coordinating across stakeholders, ensuring organizational readiness, building capability and driving adoption through scalable, technology-enabled solutions. ADMINISTRATION: Oversees day-to-day administration of large and complex programs and related processes within area of focus, ensuring strong operational execution and alignment with goals, timelines and stakeholder needs. MEASUREMENT: Develops and analyzes program metrics to assess effectiveness, solicits feedback, benchmarks against external standards, and delivers actionable insights to the COE and businesses to support continuous improvement and program adoption. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partners with stakeholders to gather input, build organizational capability, and drive adoption and buy-in of programs. VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Manages vendor relationships to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality service delivery, identifying opportunities to integrate best practices into program design and delivery. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 8 years of relevant work experience in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field. Typically reflects 12 years or more of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field. Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this position is expected to be $175,000 – $235,000. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive amount is based on company and personal performance. Full-time (30+ hours) positions are eligible for a benefits package including paid time off, holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage; flexible spending accounts; life and disability insurance; retirement savings; and employee and family assistance programs (subject to certain collective bargaining agreements for Union positions).
