7+ years in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles within enterprise software Experience with CRM, FSM, or CX platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, or ServiceNow Deep understanding of the Energy & Utilities sector and its operational workflows Proven ability to influence technical decisions and articulate business value Confidence in facilitating discovery workshops and technical storytelling How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
