What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Support product sales as the technical, industry, and domain expert on a client-facing sales team

Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate relevant product solutions

Build and maintain client partner relationships to drive strategic programs

Provide feedback to product management to influence product roadmap and strategy

Participate in marketing events, including executive briefings and conferences

What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Enterprise Applications

Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making

Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or other enterprise cloud software solutions

Strong collaborative skills with experience working with product management and professional services

Territory management skills, including pipeline building and sales execution

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Industry experience in Manufacturing, Technology, or Telecommunications

Familiarity with competitive analysis and market differentiation

Experience managing customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreements

Ability to stay current on best practices and share knowledge with team members
