Lead SAP HCM Consultant | Fully Remote (Germany) | Up to 1200€ per day | 12 Month Contract We are supporting a major enterprise client in Germany embarking on a greenfield SAP HCM implementation. This is a senior role for an experienced consultant who can take the lead in shaping the functional solution and guiding the client through the full implementation lifecycle. Responsibilities: Lead functional design and delivery of SAP HCM in a greenfield environment Translate business requirements into robust HCM processes and system design Configure, test, and implement SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll) Ensure compliance with German HR and payroll regulations Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership Provide best practice guidance and act as the functional authority on the project Requirements: Extensive experience as a lead SAP HCM functional consultant Proven track record on greenfield or large-scale transformation projects Deep knowledge of German Payroll and HR processes Fluency in both
German and English
