Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant Industry: Professional Services / Business Services Employment Type: Contract Compensation: Up to ~$70/hr Duration: 6 months (full-time, 40 hours per week) Location: Remote, USA We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with proven expertise in US payroll. This role is critical in leading SAP HCM Payroll implementation and configuration efforts, providing hands-on solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in SAP Payroll, combined with excellent communication and leadership skills to drive projects successfully from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects. Configure, customize, and optimize SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business requirements. Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and compliance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within SAP HCM Payroll. Conduct client workshops, knowledge transfers, and training sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration. Stay current with SAP HCM Payroll trends, updates, and innovations.
Must-Have Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, with deep focus on US Payroll. Strong SAP Payroll configuration knowledge and hands-on expertise. In-depth understanding of SAP HCM Payroll modules and functionality. Strong project management skills, with ability to lead initiatives independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and within collaborative teams. Relevant SAP HCM Payroll certifications are a plus.
