Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service. Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple. Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements
