Recruit and engage prospective students through campus tours, high school visits, community events, and virtual outreach. Advise and assist students through the full admissions process—from inquiry to enrollment, including dual enrollment programs. Build and maintain partnerships with local schools and community organizations. Collaborate with faculty, academic departments, Financial Aid, Admissions, and Registration to provide a seamless onboarding experience. Track engagement using tools like Salesforce and Power BI, and develop data-informed strategies to boost recruitment success. Represent MDC at off-site events, conferences, and other outreach efforts to expand our presence in the community. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in Arts or Science or related field and three (3) years of related experience with one (1) year in Student Services, Student Support, or Enrollment areas. Expertise: Strong understanding of academic advising, career development, financial aid regulations, and student-centered practices. Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Office, Power BI, and social media platforms. Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a passion for helping students reach their educational goals; ability to write reports, apply ethics, logic and critical thinking. Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet student and College needs. Preferences
