About the Role — Join a Premier Trial Firm with potential for Partner opportunity. Hybrid considered after a 6 month trial period. Responsibilities
Take and defend depositions Client reporting Handle all phases of litigation from pre-trial to resolution Draft and argue motions Engage in settlement negotiations Represent clients in court and work directly with them on case strategy Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in civil litigation defense Required Skills
