EY’s SAP service line focuses on helping clients leverage SAP technology to improve performance and productivity across Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Architecture and SuccessFactors. Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations. This role involves co-creating innovative SAP solutions across strategy to execution, in collaboration with tax, assurance, transactions and risk teams. Your Responsibilities
Manage and oversee complex processes and projects, ensuring quality and managing risk. Be accountable for budget management, delivery, and performance of projects aimed at meeting objectives. Foster and manage client relationships, contributing to business growth through revenue generation and commercial relationship management. Engage in thought leadership, identify sales and new opportunities, participate in client engagements from planning to closure, and manage engagement economics with a focus on chargeability and revenue generation. Translate business needs into SAP configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems; initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow documentation, and functional design. Qualifications
To qualify for the role, you must have A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) 5-7 years of relevant experience At least 3 years of experience working with one or more SAP modules Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-specific finance and technology functions Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues (regulations, industry practices, and new technologies) Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated up to 80% Ideally, you’ll also have Prior consulting industry experience SAP Certification(s) Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of your core module What We Look For We seek top performers who blend analytical prowess with creative problem-solving and the ability to lead with integrity.
